Hi,
I have had Billing issues since Jan2019-Mar2019 as I was charged though I didn’t get network service and frequent call drops and will not call reported to. Customer support for resolution. But unresolved only monthly bills generated promptly.
Raised a complaint for excess billing to appellate office but didn’t heed to complaint put up. Later
Based on email from Vodafone appellate office on 2nd May and based on stated commitment made in the email to reactivate all the services barred for my mb: 9739963340. payment sum of INR 666.67/-
Payment has been made on 3rd May 2019 and Bill receipt of payment INR 700/- has been shared herewith attached.
I now expect to honour the business commitment made by as appellate officer Vodafone-Idea and restore all the services ASAP. but the services (incoming + Outgoing) haven’t been restored or number reactivated yet Even after request and follow ups
