Dear Mr SoodI had taken 1499 ISD plan on the 5th and bfre leaving i had also taken talk time package of 285 for prepaid number 8879093194When i had reached paris my net services got deactivated so i had done recharge of 399.post which it got started. Again when i had moved to switzerland the net services got deactivated and i had first done recharge of 199 and since the net was not activated did another recharge of 399. Inspite of doing all this there was no net services.i want refund of 1499,285,399 and 199 as i didnt get to avail the facilities.This is totallt dispointing and cheating. I called the call centre 9820098200 twice but they refused to help me.I need refund of all the recharges done by me or compensate 5000 for the inconvenience and services not rendered by vodafone.Their appellate also not service oriented.They jst do the job of copy pasteRegardsPriya
