Tata 1mg , pathetic service and response..
I have been customer of Tata 1 mg since inception and have been getting lab test done regularly.. I had issues regarding reports last year but got sorted after many round of follow up.. i thought it was one of the incident.
Now this time it was worse. I ordered lab test – PO1572216736-306 for which sample was picked up on 13th Jul’23. I received call in evening stating sample has been contaminated so need to take sample again and time was scheduled for 14th between 8-9 am.. no one came and on checking with customer service they raise request and said will revert in 4 hours.. I asked for cancellation..now they are telling me that half of it is done and report have been shared..and refund will be for partial amount.
what pathetic service and the way they speak..after 4 hours of follow up they have audacity to say that it was not picked up due to technical glitch and can be done tomorrow and not ready to cancel entire package. have been confirming that half report has been shared..
I didn’t receive any REPORTS not any intimated that pick will not be done today… no update on their system or on app that clear information is received..

I will not go for any lab test from here.. also suggests others to use other facilities who gives clear communication as it is for medical reasons of our near and dear ones..

Tata 1mg if you wish to cancel and refund my complete amount do it or can keep it with you as charity..
