I had booked for house Cleaning services on Urban Company on 1june2023 00:05am on paying the advance amount of Rs. 499. The service was scheduled for 4pm 1st June 2023.
However I was not assigned anyone to perform the services booked. When enquired on the reason i was told that due to high demand they’ll not be able to provide me the professional and asked to reschedule or cancel. This conversation happened at around 14:30pm 1st June 2023 just hours before the scheduled service time. Since there are guests coming over to my house for which cleaning service was initiated I told I’ll not be able to reschedule.
This cancellation has caused me extreme mental stress and face embarrassment in front of guests as I depended on Urban Company for fulfilling this service and even paid the advance amount in good faith.
