Recently changed from postpaid to prepaid due to cc behaviour, also got call from higher authority, since then there is no simple active, no network , I am in MS & unable to recharge due to network problem…..
Tried 121 but no network
Where I have to contact from other no. There is no response from retailers…..
Due to poor services since last month I feel very harresed by Airtel , I am old customer of airtel since 10 -12 years paid regular your Os. Now I am surprised that getting lots off trouble from Airtel, kindly confirm can I continue or Discontinued if Airtel wish.
