I have submitted my airpod at your mahim service center for worth Rs- 12000/- i have paid Rs 4500 for the replacement , But still after 4 month i have not received any replacement from your side. your coordinator & Employee Ameena / Sameer has not responded & not picked my phone call. This all your employee is Fraud and your service center is also Fraud & your service is very poor. as well as i have filed a complaint in mahim police station against your services center & Amina . Also, I have attached an email to the police station complaining about the copy & your job sheet. So senior people look into this matter and solve this as soon as possible.
