Text of Complaint by Dr Sanjay Sahoo:

Sir/Madam,

I am using airtel postpaid mobile services since 4 years. Yesterday, on 26.8.2018, there were no airtel service in my mobile No. 9717877244 from around 8:30am onwards for the whole day.

While i enquired about the reason at around 2 pm, the customer care people told that there are some projects going in delhi and the problem may get resolved by 5/ 5:30pm. But the problem was not resolved till 8 in the evening.

Again I contacted the customer care. The representative there told me that the project work has been completed and there would be any problem in the SIM card. And he also advised to visit Airtel store to get a new sim.

Today I visited the airtel store at around 2:30 pm and purchased a new sim. The seller assured me to wait for 4 hrs for activation of the new Sim. But by 8:30pm the sim was not activated. While contacted the customer care, Mr. Himanshu intimated me that there is no sim change request available with them and therefore, they can not help me anyway.

Mr Himansu again advised me to visit the store again to get the sim change request activated.

I don’t have time to visit your store again. And again for the same job. I am suffering for the carelessness and poor service of net work as well as the sales person.

May like to check the problem and resolve the issue at an earliest, else I will be forced to go ahead with litigations.
