I have the vodafone sim which I have been using for last 4 years ,I recently recharged with a sms pack though I received the sms pack but to use the sms pack I have to recharge again with plan that comes with a service validity,this is completely wrong the companies should atleast provide the service validity as per recharged plan we are not asking more than we should be getting ,and the company do these recharges and reap all customers money with a stupid reason of service validity as we as customer only payed for a specific service atleast they should provide that ,for eg: if a customer recharges his phone number with less than 100rs he would not get any service at all even if the plan says that you get the validity of 10 or more days ,but those plans are without the service validity because of which the customer is getting reaped more and more. I hope you understand my situation ,this problems arises in all the plans except unlimited,combo plans,and cunsumer court take a look into this and direct the TRAI to make necessary steps.
