I connected with Amazon customer care and asked I am not getting serial number listed on my purchase of laptop. Details attached in file. On asking they say it’s not given to any customer we can’t help. Now oem is not claiming the warranty due to this. I checked my friends invoice for the same purchase and found serial number listed on it. Why Amazon is giving false statements and customer needs to suffer. I just ask to get serial number listed for my laptop for the purchase I did. Nothing else!!
