I’ve raised complaint that RO is not working a week ago. No one has contacted yet and every time we call the technician he just doesn’t picks the call. This is happening for 2nd time last month same thing happened, where after 2 weeks to calls to customer care and technician finally they showed up. He made us buy extended warranty for Rs 10k and now not even showing up after multiple calls.
