I have raised a service request for resolving my network disruption for the subscription number +91-4035756860 on 03-04-2025 at 11.48 AM.
As on date also it is showing assigning an engineer even after 10 days.
This kind of hopeless service is being extended by Jio. When tried to contact on customer care 1800 8893999, they gave me a technician number 7013791305, which he doesn’t lift the call.
They are neither resolving the issue nor refunding the subscription amount paid by me in advance, for the period during which the service was not provided.
Even the appellate authority are playing irresponsible role
