I bought a TV from Amazon and it was delivered on 4th Oct. There was no issue with delivery and the issue is with tv installation service. As per the schedule it was supposed to be done on 5h oct 2022 but I have not got any call from the service provider nor visited my home. They simply closed the installation service request without attending/instllation. After multiple calls to Amazon no proper support or updates. They are keep telling to wait for 48 hours and not ready to take back the product also.
