Hi,

Recently we have orderd a mobile phone by amazone we have paid it prepaid.

1st order : 404-0323927-8944304

I have paid the amount and delivery person declined to take exchange phone due to some issues its fine if they find some issues.

Again 2nd order :404-6262764-6089125

We have prepaid the amount and oreder it again no delivery person contact to us and we havnt recive the product too but the order was cancel by amazone end and now they are again following the same process refund the money after 5 days and we need to reorder.

Amazone is holding customer money and customer service not provide any type of help on that simply inform to refund the amount money is hold for 10 days lot of issues we have faced and no resolution from amazone.
