We purchased agua machine 9.0 kg machine 3 months back and now it’s time for service . It’s been said two service would be provided free not even one service ahs been given . I have contacted many times in ifb customer care call centre and they just release a ticket number then cancel themselves. Their technician is also rude of our region. In nohar town Hanumangarh Rajasthan. Their technician talks rudely . Given not providing service also after so many calls . Thinking of filing consumer complaint in court . I need an immediate action to be taken.
