I siraj shaikh I am customer of Vodafone I used same number of the vodafone since last fourteen to fifteen years. But I just want to my post paid number to change in prepaid .I submitted all documents and photo copy .And vodafone charge me 350 rupaye my current bill amount is 234 rupaye.I submitted documents 10th of October 2019 . Executive getting me full he told me it happened in 3 day, 2days ,24four hour, 48 hour but nothing is happened.
