• Respected sir,
• I am Abhijit kundu .residing at 17/8/2 U,K, dutta road. Kolkata 700028. My phone number is 9674114431 . this number was postpaid, I change postpaid to prepaid dated 07/01/2019 at your Dumdum road ,motijheel ,Kolkata 700074, Vodafone store. Your sales Representative say to me pay total outstanding bill amount & Rs 229 for recharge. I pay total bill amount. & Rs 229 for  Recharge. my prepaid phone is start 6:45p.m. dated 08/01/2019 but my recharge is not done. So I can’t any calls .your customer care say to me that is Vodafone stores matter. So I request to you pls necessary action as early as soon possible.
