                      contact number 8976243246 subscriber ID 1420876581                              I am Nilesh..I have applied for new connection yesterday and I as per schedule slot technician supposed to come today between 9.00 amto 11.00 am but unfortunately he never turned up. In morning technician  +917977529292     has called me and asking for additional Rs.200/- charges for connection. which i refused to pay because as per policy whatever I paid it includes installation charges. Even i had confirmed same while applying for connection.. no additional charges need to pay as per tata sky customer care.. after that I got the call from his Senior team stating that anyhow  you need to pay additional charges for connection because you are in risky pin code area.. if you are not ready to pay then you can cancel  order immediately..  i have below questions to Tata sky .  1. why this wasn’t informed me while booking.. and why you are accepting booking if area not serviceable 2. Why technician asking additional charges 3 . After paying Rs. 200/- only how he is going overcome risk of that area 4.  Is he going to send an invitation to cable operaters before coming for an installation..come and refuse for installation 5. in my building more than 10 customers are for multiple d2h services.                           As per policy connection should be happened within 4 hours but now 10 hours passed but response. They are providing Connection schedule after 3 days . Which is not acceptable. In morning technician was ready for installation with Rs.200 additional charges but when I refused pay they purposely delaying the installation. Loccal Team involved in the same. Even after 2 mails complaint and social media complaint no resolution                                                  Please ensure to connect my dish and antenna on top priority.. i have already paid for that.. refer attached receipt..  contact number 8976243246 subscriber ID 1420876581
