We have paid 1,01,000 for 10 years Silver Studio membership. Recently we have booked the hotel in Vrindavan, Mathura for 4 nights. They have provide the hotel with zero facility while we are entitled for deluxe room as per our membership. I have reported to the concern authority and share the pics as well but no action taken.
Moreover, I am requesting for 2 rooms for 3 nights but they are declining even I have enough days balance in my account for current year. Deepak Kumar and Jayshree behavior was ready rude.
