• From August 2020 onwards, there is outage in Perungudi area continuously, every month we call customer care executive and log complaint. This is repeatedly happening in this area. There is no proper or final solution provided by Airtel, every time they take their own way to resolve. I need a fixed solution for this outage. What is the root cause, why it’s happening. Final solution.
