Dear Sir,
I have purchased Aquaguard Ro +Uvled model from a reputed Spencer shop which was installed on November’22. Product is now under warranty.
At the time of installation TDS value coming more then 60 ppm, now after use of 3 months tds value coming less than 10 ppm.
I have registered a complaint for same ( complaint id CM-110223-6280942) , but technician told me that tds will not be adjusted. Problem is machine inbuilt. Thereafter I have sent several emails in company registered email id and informed the matter.
As such low tds is not good for health, therefore it was requested to replace the product in several times.
Company is neither responding on this issue nor replacing the purifier.
Through this platform I would like to request take a suitable action against violation of warranty terms and condition.
