Dear Sir/Ma’am
I recharged my jio no. 8077467953 for Rs. 155 (Oper Ref : 23882600902607202012) on dt 26/07/2020 but my services were not got resumed even after confirmation of recharge from company.
Operator is saying that the plan was for jio phone and I have non-jio phone.
I recharged the SIM from the Mobile in which it was inserted. Then operator shoud not accepted my request of recharge.
I requested to operator to refund my money but no positive response came yet.
Please do needful.
