Dear Concerned,
Please note that new connection of Dish TV on 25th Jan 2019 and during that time given Channels are taken back by the company without notice. We paid based on their commitment to give bunch of channels during the purchase time. After that Service provider called and taken request to give additional paid channel of Nick Jr. but it is given few days and again taken back, Many Kannada Channels are not available and even free to air channels also not provided in the VD No 02538447768, I am frustrated by this kind of service even we paid for one year with this new connection. Hope that company can understand the pain of customer. And also note that I trained to reach over phone many time and they told that they will clear this issue but registered complain on another person VC number and not supported to me in the later stage, now again I added Nick Jr. by mobile app but other free to air & Kannada channels are removed. I need only kannada channels. Kindly look into this.

kindly teach them big lesson for bad services bad response for all customer care services executive
the dont know how to change plan & the dont have rite to change pack and online system is not any option to change plane if they can not make services
