Text of Complaint by Himanshu Shekhar Raman:

Dear Sir,

I requested for jio fiber connection for my home in Jharkhand on 31st Dec 2020. I was told to make the payment and connection will be provided the same day. I made the payment and in the evening engineer came to my home and said we need extra box for the connection, we need one day. I waited till 3rd Jan 2020, later I reached to Jio care for the installation. Jio care is saying that we will not be able to provide connection, you cancel the order and your money will be back in 15 days.

Payment was taken from home. If Jio fiber can not provide the services than why they took the advance. Also if they are not able to provide service than they should cancel the order and return the advance payment immediately. My time and energy got wasted and my hard earned money is with them. Please help!
