Text of Complaint by Raj Kumar Agarwal:

Taken AMC vide contract no. 0052027 for period from 13.032020 to 12.03.2022. As per contract I requested periodical service, replacement of filters and replacement of faulty switch panel in 1st week of Sep 2021. No one attended and I got a message for feedback about service experience. I informed the same to customer care and I was assured for quick resolution. But till today (03 Nov 2021) nothing has happened after multiple time follow up.
