Booked house cleaning service for 16th Oct 2022(weekend). They cancelled at last moment. With no option I got it rescheduled for 18th Oct 2022(weekday). Took off from office to get the job done. They again cancelled without thinking about customer’s inconvenience.
I want refund and compensation for inconvenience caused. They should improve their services immediately.
