Text of Complaint by APOORV ACHARYA:

  1. I recharged my mobile with 399 pack which says “I’ll get free TV, free movies and all on Vodafone Play App”. But in return it exhausted my whole data.
  2. My last recharge was valid till today. I recharged beforehand and they rewarded me by vanishing my today’s 1.4 GB of last pack’s data. This is the 2nd time I am experiencing such an overwhelming service of Vodafone being a regular customer.
