Hi, I am Sanket Patra. On 14th September I had enquired about Airtel Xstream Fiber Broadband connection and evening I got a call from airtel regarding the installation. Next day morning ( 15th September) around 11:57 am I got a call from airtel team regarding installation. The guy came and took all the details of documents of mine and told me to do the payment in a given link. I had selected 799/- package for 3 months and paid the amount. However the guy later told that there was no output in my building so technical team would come next day. Next day I got called from technical team but they didn’t came and told me that it was not possible to connect Airtel Xstream fiber in my building. Then I told them to initiate the refund process, however there was no response from them. I tried to call Airtel team from where I got the 1st call, unfortunately she had also not given much response.
- Therefore I kindly request Airtel to initiate my refund.
