I have been calling them since a month and still my d2h is not working properly.i have called customere care hundreds of times but they do nothing more than registering New complaint and give false promises of engineer visit within 24 yours,which never ever happened.engineer came and changed camera and second time some adapter but problem is same.is there really a solution to this.
I doubt if that guy coming is really engineer or what.
