This is regarding order SO77706117 from club factory. I paid for 9 items and received only 6 items. I had to contact customer care for 4 times regarding the refund for the items I did not receive and they kept misleading me. No assurance about refund or no information provided to me regarding when I will get refund. The worst customer care and the worst experience I had with club factory.
