Hello Sir/Madam,
I Using Airtel mobile number 8082166214 from a long time , i am paying monthly bill of around 500 , but very unfortunately i am not able to use the service for which i am paying
i am raised complaint to customer care on around 27 aug about the internet while trying to use the internet service at mumbai but yet they have not resolved my issue , but still they are sending me bills every month (when i have already told them that i will not pay the bill till the issue is resolved for that you can bar my service till you resolve the issue).
unfortunately they are just disturbing me by call me to know has my issue been resolved, that too when they have the system in their hand to check everything.
today when i finally made my mind to port they number to Jio , they send me the bill i paid the bill at the same time ,
now i request your highness to please get my money back and also they should not reject the incomming request for port approval from Jio (because i have paid all outstanding).
