Ordered a CCTV camera from Amazon on June 8th and received it on June 12th . The product worked for a couple of weeks within which the return policy was closed .By the end of June the CCTV camera stopped working .On contacting Amazon to provide me details of service centre as to repair the product,they gave me the seller’s details and on contacting the seller they are asking me to contact Amazon. This has been going on now for a while . The Amazon agent has also asked me to go and repair it in a local market.The problem is the device has small electronic boards which will be available only to the maker or seller . I have nowhere to go with this now . I trusted Amazon with my purchase and their customer service has been rude to me on this concern. One more info is that the product that is advertised on amazon is not mentioned anywhere on the box of the product received. Please help me out.
