Respected sir
 
With deep regret and disappointment, I wish to escalate discrepancy in after sales services being offered by JIO Fibre.
 
I have subscribed to a diamond plan on my JIO fibre connection no. 0124-3534866 which guarantees minimum 500 MB speed upto 1250 GB data usage but I regret to inform you that I am only getting a speed of 150-190 Mb/second and they are frequent fluctuations in the internet speed given by my connection which is attributed to discrepancy on part of JIO service engineers at the time of Jio fibre installation at my premises on 25.12.2019.
 
I have already escalated my complaint to JIO care vide Service Request no.SR0000109PKT but have received no resolution from them on the same.
 
Further, today morning a JIO Fibre engineer visited my premises and misbehaved with me and told me that the maximum speed being given on my diamond plan of 500 MB/s is 200-300 Mb/s  which is sufficient and I should be happy about it and not complain or escalate regarding the same to JIO Fibre.
 
The above incident clearly highlights discrepancy , unprofessional, unethical, fraudulent and misleading practices on part of JIO Fibre service team who are not interested in resolving a consumer complaint and have no technical knowledge about JIO fibre.
 
I seek the immediate intervention of JIO fibre top management to resolve this issue and address my complaint failing which i will be escalating and filing an official complaint with TRAI , TDSAT highlighting discrepancy in services offered by JIO fibre in relation to the speed advertised on their fibre plans.
 
Further the above incident is an offence under the consumer protection act,2019 and will be esclated to the district forum for redressal of the same as JIO Fibre has collected a payment of Rs.2948/- from me towards activation of Diamond plan with 500MB/1250GB Data usage, but the speed offered is only 200-300Mb/second.
