Hi Team,
With an immense amount of dissatisfaction, I would like to bring to your notice that Airtel had discontinued the service of broadband fixed line yesterday. I have paid the bill for the month of July and August (attached the bill statement) within the payment cycle you follow which is from 27th to the 15th of the next month. ( which I always pay within this period from past one year) Yesterday,when I talked to your executive (Nikhil), he was not able to figure out the reason for discontinuation and kept on saying that “apne bill nai bhara hai sir, bill bhardo service chalu kardenge”. He couldn’t understand the issue,moreover when I asked him to transfer the call to some senior, he transferred to a senior(do nonmember name) and after along talk,he could understand me to an extent,however to my shock the call was disconnected from your end and no call back was made.
Again,I called on your customer care number, and the call was picked up by some exe who was not listening to my problem rather focusing only on his point of making the payment. Then he himself transferred the call to a senior Akash Tiwari who was the most intelligent person I have ever talked to. No wonder how is he a senior of your team. He kept on saying,
1st “app payment kardo services apne app chalu ho jayengi”
2nd almost talking to him for around 12-15mins then he said without telling the reason” apki service mai chalu kar rha rhu 4 ghante me ho jayengi app bas payment krdo “
NOW MY QUESTION TO YOU IS :
1) What was the reason behind discontinuing the service when the earlier payments were complete from my end?
2) Why was my service discontinued on 01st oct 2019 itself ?
3) Why can’t your executives figure out and answer to this ?
4) Why did they keep on saying payment krdo as if I do not make payments within the time period ?
Lot of frustration, harassment, time & energy wastage from your end.
Request you to come up with the reason instead of saying pay the bill of Rs765 which i am supposed to pay before 15th October just like every time i do.
