Text of Complaint by Dewasheesh Rana:

Hi Team,

I have raised disconnection request for my number 7829911173 on 15th Feb, but still number is not disconnected.
I have tried reaching out to customer support more than 15 times and no proper response.
I have paid all 6 months bill and even advance of rs 350 for disconnection, but still number is active.
In recent call with Rakesh from customer support, he suggested to change the plan from redx to another before disconnection.
Even that is not working from VI App and Website, it’s always saying processed and no change is reflected.
I am seriousally disappointed.
Please help me in getting my disconnection permanently.
Please escalate to your higher authority.
Recent complaint message which I got :
“Hello! Your complaint dated 02-Mar-2021 11:01:34 PM with reference number C004-113208785956 is registered. We assure resolution by 03-Mar-2021 06:00:00 PM.”
Even after calling customer care more than 25 times, I am not getting any resolution and it’s very frustrating for me.
