I have opted for 6+2 month internet service from Hathway in Apr 22 and the validity was till Dec 15 2022 but they disconnected the service and when represented asked to activate a plan to add the remaining validity of 1 month hence again opted for 1 month. I have represented this to them they assure that this will be redressed but nothing has happened yet.
