Dear Sir,
We purchased a kent Water purifier( Kent Maxx) from Flipkart in Jan2020 and within 2 months the filter started showing problem and it is services 5 times in 9 months and now the company is demanding money to replace filter. When i purchased the product from Flipkart the warranty stated 1 yewar warranty on Parts and Labor but company is denying service. I wrote a mail to their Chairman also still they are demanding money to change the filter and make the machine work.
