Text of Complaint by Channi Kalra:

I purchased One Godrej 236 L Frost Free Double Door Fridge from FlipKart order no OD119849687447246000 in the month of oct’20. It was dilivered to me on 04th Oct’20. I also puchased Complete Appliance Protection (3 Years) along with this . Policy no CPK071020001453 which is valid from 07th Oct’20 till Oct 06,2023.
This particular fridge stopped working on 05th Feb’21.  I had registered complaint with Godrej customer care and their technician visited my place on 6th feb and told me that there are 4 parts which is to be replaced, so he said instead of getting that parts replaced we will replace ur fridge, but when I told him that I had taken this fridge from Flipkart he said that I have to speak to flipkart only to get it replaced.
Then I registered my complaint to Jeevas (complete protection plan) on 6th feb and was being told that some technician will visit my place within 2 days but nobody turned up. On 9th when I called them again I was told again to wait for another 2 days. Then I called them on 11th and surprisingly she told me that as per system ur problem is showing as resolved after that I called Flipkart Customer Care and was given the assurance that by 16th feb we will resolve ur problem but again nothing had happened. I again called up Flipkart customer care and was given assurance that my problem will be resolved in next 24 hrs. On 18th Feb I received a call from Flipkart to share my Bank Details so that they can process the refund, but during that call after taking my Bank Details that lady was asking me to share OTP which I refused to share as i had already shared my bank details.
After that call I called Customer Care of Flipkart and told them about this and also requested them to refund the amount in my Credit Card from which I had paid. Nothing came from their side till now.
It is sheer harassment. These people are making fool of customer. For the last 15 days I am struggling to get the resolution and now being forced to register a complaint against flipkart in consumer court.
