Text of Complaint by Pradip Ghosh:

My shipment was arrived on 05/10/2022 into my location Sawkuchi hub, after tracking the shipment I visited on 06/10/2022 to receive my shipment from hub, but they didn’t handover me even denied to search the parcel, after requesting so many time the area manager told me to left the hub because they don’t have time to find the parcel.
