Yesterday I went to restaurant PUBLIQ(Hinjewadi) Pune and they charge me with service charge.I told them to deduct the service charge but they were not ready to do so.They were like they have mentioned that they will charge service charge 7.5%.
I want to know that it is legal or not and if not I want action on them.
