Am Jio Fiber User from past 1 year, my Jio service went down on 15th JAN 2022, I raised a complaint for the same and requested for Service engineer visit through Jio App on 15 Jan, 2022, 1:48PM. I got the Message from Jio
Request ID: SR000018DQK9, Expected resolution time 16 Jan, 2022 1:48PM.
No one visited till 16 Jan 2022, 2:00Pm, so i again contacted jio customer care they said please wait 24 hours we will resolve your problem. We waited till 17 Jan 2022, 4:00pm, still there was no response from JIO, I again called customer care and they said wait for another 24 hours. today is 18 Jan 2022 there is no response from JIO and All the services are down.
