I have been placing orders with Amazon for a number of months now and, far too often, my orders have been cancelled without any reason or explanation given. Despite numerous attempts at contact via the telephone, I have not received any satisfactory resolution and feel that I have been treated unfairly.
I am writing to file a complaint against Amazon in regards to the unethical behaviour of the staff, both online and on the phone. Specifically, taking customers’ money in advance and then failing to deliver the orders seems to be a recurring theme.
Below are the trackig id/Order details for my cancellation orders by amazon without any intimation.

2. Tracking id – 324767329908 (Latest)
3. Order id – 408-7477865-6850759
4. Order id – 408-5879164-1799551
5. Order id – 408-2236781-8092328
There are lot more orders cancelled by Amazon , i am unable to see the order id/tracking id as per the amazon app policy can view only latest 5 orders.
It is my sincere hope that this matter can be resolved as soon as possible.
