I was sent the wrong product from online auction. As soon as I received the item I noticed it wasn’t what I bid for. I sent an email stating such and sent pictures. I’d been working long days for two days and when I checked to see their response, they said I had to reply for either return or keep the product or they’d close the complaint.
I was 5 minutes over their arbitrary deadline.
They also want me to pay for shipping to return the product. It is their error. I didn’t pay for that product.
I’m protected, right?
