Text of Complaint by Gaurav Deep:

I have ordered a air cooler and it was defective. I have requested for replacement and it got approved on 8th May and they have mentioned by 18th May it will be returned.  But they didn’t come. I tried to call Flipkart several times and everything time they are asking me to wait.  At last they escalated to the concerned them and asked me to wait till 22nd May 10 AM.  But again I didn’t get any call from Flipkart. And now they are again asking me to wait.

I asked them to return my money ,so that I can buy from somewhere else but they denied.  They I asked the seller information so that I can directly contact, they again denied.

I am not sure what I can do now.

We don’t have enough money to buy a new cooler.  It been more than 22 days.

Please help me.
