Text of Complaint by Apurba Roy:

I ordered a titan watch worth 1995 rupees from Amazon. After receiving the product when I open it in home it is completely a wrong brand item. When I contacted amazon customer support they took 2 weeks for investigation.After two weeks they agreed to return the product but when they received the item and did not refund my money I again contact them.They again took one week and after one week when I contacted Amazon customer support they told me that all was right from their end and they could not refund my money. I repeatedly requested them at least give the product which they send me . But they didn’t agree to return my product and money. And I just lost my 1995 rupees not getting the product. So I am here now for justice to get my refund.
