I had ordered for a clasical Pink Colour soft silk Sarre with Blouse  Product code :OT11  for Rs 1499/- (order number – DR12988).  I have received a  parcel from Rudra Apparels on 30^th Nov 2020   by cash on Delivery  with Cash payment  Rs.1499/-, but the parcel  contains Black colour saree very different  colour campare to the colour shown in  the  web site picture . In the bill also it is mentioned pink colour saree but  it is black in parcel.  I called the number 918140280857  and sent request mail      to  rudrasilks99@gmail.com given in their website several times  continuously  for returning the  materials but after that no response. Every day I am trying to contact over Phone as wel as Email, but there is no response. The website   don’t have any postal address also.   The bill and saree photographs attached for reference.

Please look into the matter as early as possible to return our money or right colour materials from  Rudra Apparels. It seems they are cheating many people like me.
