Text of Complaint by Swapnil Bhagwan Shinde:

Airtel prepaid service making the fool and asking to do the forceful recharges.

Also, customer care executives not providing the satisfying answers and not supports/responding to their customers. Every time they are answering differently for same query. Also some time they are keeping you on mute and disconnecting the calls.

They are not doing justice with their customers currently they are sending the scary messages about the outgoing services has been stopped and do the recharge to start again.

Even outgoing/incoming services are start for that SIM. I have messages which was received from their official AIRTEL ID’s about the same, where they are confidently saying that your outgoing service has been stopped and  do the recharge to start again. Message received on 1-Jan-2019 and says the on 30-12-2018 services has been stopped.

Post that have checked the outgoing services and it was working still it is working.then called to customer care and complaint about the same and executive is giving the reason about the Call divert and all, even i have not did add/change anything in my Airtel prepaid number. Same i have said to her and then he kept me 2 minute on mute without telling me and then later on she disconnected my call. Again have called to customer care support and had a word with senior executive and he has given the totally different reason as per previous call. Have explained the all fraud things and then he just disconnected the call.

This was happen with me and these cases are happened with may users , no one wants to go into that deep and make to waste their time.

But i want to do the case/ complaint against the AIRTEL Prepaid company for this issue.

Please help me on the same.
