I have ordered Iphone 12 on flipkart on 25-07-2024..I have received my product on 27-07-2024..But the phone is not turning on and also its not charging. So as per the Flipkart policy the flipkart customer agent told me to reach nearby authorized iphone service center to replace or repair the phone.. The icare agent told me this product is already bought from flipkart on November 2023. They said may be this product parts are not the genuine parts. This product seller name is Akshnav online.. This dealer is sending the fake product or refurbished products.. So kindly take the action
