I ordered a mobile phone (realme 9 pro plus) from Amazon on 25th july and i received the parcel on 1st August when i unboxed the parcel i got a different model (realme 9 pro)
Then i request a return for the order my request doesn’t fulfill 3_4 times when the request accepted then amazon blocked my account
