Hi,

I am a prime customer of amazon and I called and requested so many times my complaint and requirement of my order. I’m residing in Qatar and I ordered an item on my vacation and your team spoiled my vacation. this is not the first time which amazon is cheating me and looting my money for duplicate and under quality item.

This is the final time which I am pointing out my issues and hope your team will do the needful else I’m forced to go legally to get a proper solution from your team.

I ordered Royal Enfield Battle Green Open Face with Visor Helmet Size (L)60 CM (RRGHEH000005)  (spec and details as per website). Order# 407-6902717-6254706. But at the time of delivery the box is opened and it is not packed properly. And I can see that the measurement of the helmet is not correct (ordered “60cm” and received “58cm”, while I measured and it is mentioned in the label as “L 60CM”), but your team said it is “L 60CM” and if the size problem is there they will replace it with new “L 60 CM” Size helmet and it has proceeded. But at the time of replacement I can see again it came in the same and I returned the item as your team said they will refund it and I can reorder for a new helmet with “XL 62CM” Size Helmet. After that, it got refunded to amazon Pay where I don’t have an account, and I’m not able to use the UPI account as I’m an NRI.

After that, as your representative said I ordered Royal Enfield Open Face with Visor MLG Matt Black & White, x-large(RRGHEL000039) a new helmet with that refunded amount. The helmet came on time and the but I can see that the size mentioned in the label as “XL 60CM”, which is wondering as both sizes of helmet Large and Extra Large were in the same 60CM  size. (size chart shown in the spec attached here where L should be 60 CM and XL should be 62CM). again I called customer service and they said they will replace it with the correct 62CM Size Helmet. But at the time of delivery and the delivery agent called me for delivery and I told to him please bring a 62CM size helmet else don’t come. He said he will return it and ill get a new helmet with the correct size and that is the best way.

After that, I spoken with your customer representative and they are refusing to send the proper item and after that, I spoken with so many times to give a solution with the correct item to deliver and I need compensation for the days/time which I lost due to this cheating.

Please note presently I’m in Qatar and your team spoiled my vacation days with this order and this is not the first time which I am facing a similar issue from your services and this time I can’t leave this as I lost my time (which is not able to get back from my life span).

I can see that this amazon is taking money from customers and not giving items with proper money value. When I reported the same to your representative they said the seller is no more selling products and I can see that they are still dealing on amazon.
