I bought a Pixel 6A mobile in Oct 2022 at Amazon and I’m facing an OS issue in which I am unable to set up my mobile. So I contacted Google and Google authorized the walk-in center in Bengaluru, and they said, this unit is from Japan so the device can’t able to handle in India so contact Amazon to resolve this issue. Then I contacted Amazon many times and they are saying wait for 10 days will raise a ticket so I waited then they said to wait another 5 days. Now I have contacted Amazon and the customer executive has said there is no ticket raised please contact the seller, I’m so confused about to trust whom, also I’ve contacted Amazon today (29/05/2023) and they are saying no ticket has been raised so please wait for 10 days will resolve this issue.
